We survived day #1 with three minor accidents and day #2 is well under our belts. We started out the morning with a mad dash to the potty just in time to save her Elmo panties from getting wet :) Ruby did wake up once during the night wet, but a quick change and back to bed she went. Then it was off to the dentist for Mike's appt.
Yes-we packed ample amounts of extra undies, clothes, snacks, treats and the I-pad to accomodate our 45 min. appt. Kinda felt like we were leaving on a trip by the amount of baggage. The real question though is, did Ruby stay dry during the appt? SHE DID! She was was dry from start to finish and even attempted to go potty for mommy on more than one occasion while at the dentist. When we got home, it was a mere 5 minutes in the door and a puddle appeared...bummer. At least she held off until we got inside and not in the van!
The rest of the day though...accident free! Nap time is once again drawing to a close and we will see where the day takes us. As for our diaper supply...it may be up for grabs real soon here. This is one time I will be more than happy to see diapers leave our house :)
